The Beekman unites two of the world’s greatest culinary talents, featuring restaurants by James Beard Award winners Tom Colicchio and Keith McNally. Tom Colicchio’s Fowler & Wells features modern American dishes and cuisine of the turn-of-the-century New York City, while The Bar Room, beneath the nine-story Victorian atrium, offers stunning views for guests to enjoy alongside a cup of coffee, a handcrafted cocktail or a full meal. In addition to having a signature restaurant, Tom Colicchio’s Crafted Hospitality is the hotel’s exclusive food and beverage partner, providing in-room dining and catering. Keith McNally of Pastis and Balthazar, premiered his first restaurant in Lower Manhattan. Augustine, a Brasserie-style restaurant, is open from breakfast through supper, with a menu that includes a combination of lighter dishes as well as French classics, with a special Rotisserie and Grillades selection of meats, fish and poultry.
