The chefs at Kurhotel Skodsborg share a passion for creating great tasting food inspired by the New Nordic principles. They work closely with hand-picked local suppliers to select the best ingredients the season has to offer – organic when possible.
The spa hotel was founded in 1898, and bordering onto one of the most exquisite nature reserves, Dyrehaven which was added on UNESCO’s heritage list in 2015, in Denmark – yet only a 20-minute drive from the centre of Copenhagen.
