The underground cocoons have been designed with sleep experts to provide a clutter free experience (no televisions and windows) that removes all distractions from the outside world. Fresh, purified air flows through the space and noise-reducing walls, floors and doors create the ultimate sanctuary. Cocoons are free of TV’s and gadgets, because even when turned off, they emit a buzzing energy that disturbs sleep. Other features to enhance wellbeing include Hypnos beds topped with 100% Egyptian cotton sheets, ambient circadian rhythm based lighting and state-of-the art showers to aid deep rest and restoration. Zedwell have gone the extra mile to save the planet by installing vacuum toilets, which allow them to save up to 80% of water per flush. Zedwell cocoons range from private sanctuaries for the solo sleeper, calming doubles, dreamy spaces for three and Zen family sized rooms with double bunks for groups of between four and eight.
